How to compare two packs

When two products contain different quantities, comparing only the total price can be misleading. A larger pack is not necessarily cheaper per unit.

To compare two packs fairly, divide the price of each pack by the number of units it contains. The resulting unit prices can then be compared directly.

Pack comparison example

If a pack of 6 costs $4.80, each unit costs $0.80. If another pack contains 10 units and costs $7, each unit costs $0.70. The second pack costs more overall, but its price per unit is lower.
